Hi,
All colleges in Karnataka have a quota of seats reserved for government seats as per KEA rules. A 40 intake college has 18 seats in KEA CET, 80 intake college has 36 seats in KEA CET and 120 intake college has 54 seats in KEA CET. Good Luck.

Hi,
With 84/200 marks in NATA and 70% in 12th, you will get a lot of private colleges seats for admission into Architecture course in Mumbai. Some of the colleges maybe L. S. Raheja School of Architecture, D. Y. Patil College of Engineering & Technology, Siddant College of Architecture, Dr Manoj A Shete College of Architecture, Dayanand College of Architecture, Solapur Education Society College of Architecture, Vivekanand Education Society College of Architecture, Indira College of Architecture and Design etc.
With 84/200 marks in NATA and 70% in 12th, you will get a lot of private colleges seats for admission into Architecture course in Mumbai. Some of the colleges maybe L. S. Hi, you need to be qualified in NATA/ IIT JEE paper 2 exams along with a decent class 12th score to get admission in Architecture. The council of architecture guidelines says: Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch. Course. I. Qualified through the recognized aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent)
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below: (a) Secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination. Starting Salary of an architect is around 2 - 2.5LPA.

The average salary for an architect, after he passes out, maybe around INR. 2-2.5 LPA. With 5 years of experience, the average salary for an architect would be around 6-6.5 LPA. As the experience increases the salary also increases. The Architecture industry in special has grown in terms of salaries in the past decade.
