Hi,
You can get registered with Council of Architecture which is the only nodal body for Architects as soon as you complete your B.Arch Degree. Council of Architecture does not recognize a 3 year B.Sc Degree, and according to council rules there is no option for B.Sc Degree and hence no registration would be granted.

Hi,
You need to be qualified in NATA/ IIT JEE paper 2 exams along with a decent class 12th score to get admission in Architecture. The council of architecture guidelines says: Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch. Course. I. Qualified through the recognized aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent)
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below: (a) Secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level examination.

Government merit seats admission through KEA CET will happen once the regional exam authorities conduct counseling process in which based on ranks the seats will be allocated based on the student's choice. First round of counseling will start before the second NATA exam, but there will be another round of counseling done after the second NATA exam in which seats which are vacant can be chosen by the student. There will be no delay since the student who has got a seat in X college in first round counseling can always change to Y college in the second round if he or she improves the marks.

Understanding of Real estate markets is crucial for development or suggestions to government, also with the rising populations and ever increasing demand on infrastructure it is very important to understand the urban infrastructure management where architect plays a pivotal role.

Hi,No, Bachelors in Architecture is very different course than Computer Science. You need to pursue courses in Computer Science and allied fields to be a software architect.

Yes, depends on your interest. You may pursue Architecture course. You need to qualify in NATA and then take admission in Architecture course in Dr. M.G.R. Educational And Research Institute.
