Admission to B.Arch. will be done on the basis of NATA 2018 score respectively.
To apply for the postgraduate level courses, candidates must have passed B.Arch degree from a recognized university.
Selection of candidates for M.Arch is done on the basis of merit in MAH M.Arch CET score.
The minimum eligibility for PhD is Masters degree with minimum 55% marks from recognized university.
Admission to the Ph.D. program is given on the basis of PET entrance exam conducted by Mumbai University.

The students must have also taken five subjects in Class 12 or equivalent qualifying exam. The five subjects should include Physics, Mathematics, one language, Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology, and any other fifth subject. Students whose birthdate falls on or after October 1, 1992, will be able to appear for JEE Mains.
For JEE Mains Paper 2, a student must have Mathematics as one of the five compulsory subjects in Higher Secondary Examination.

10th + 3 years diploma in any stream from a recognised university/ board/ institution.
Cleared NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) with 80% marks conducted by Council of Architecture.

Your rank is well good, and you can surely get good colleges for architecture. However, government-aided colleges require better ranks than this one. You can see the last rank details of last year for better reference. I suggest TKM School of Architecture. Avani Institute is a good option too.

This year registration for counseling were open upto June 25, 2018 and 2 rounds of counseling have been already declared.
So hope you have registered for counseling.
All previous year's and this year's opening and closing ranks are available at josaa.nic.in.
You can compare your rank with them and you would get an idea of your selection.
