Hi,A fresher architect in the field earns around Rs. 15000-20000 per month. With 5 years' experience, an architect earns around Rs. 7 lakh/annum, with 10 year experience an architect earns around Rs. 10lakh/annum, and so on with the higher experience the salary keeps growing.

Firstly, you need to register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course, once the course is completed you become an Architect. A fresher architect in the field earns around Rs. 15000-20000 per month, with 5 years' experience an architect earns around Rs. 7 lakh/annum, with 10 year experience an architect earns around Rs. 10 lakh/annum, and so on with the higher experience the salary keeps growing. Yes, you may have a chance with 106 marks in NATA, but your class 12th score may be a little lower. Average NATA cut off in BMS is 105/200 in NATA.

As you have scored 58 marks in NATA exam and also appearing for supplementary, so you are not eligible to take admission in Reva Architecture College. I will suggest you to clear the complementary exam first and score a good NATA marks to get admission, or try some other good colleges.

As you have scored 126 marks in NATA and 68% in PUC 2019, so you are eligible to take admission in BVB College Hubli , GOGTE Belgaum, or ANGDI Belgaum Colleges. For that, you need to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling process.
