In case you don't get your desired college in your desired state, don't settle for some mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of NATA and some offer admission on the basis of both. S

I hope you are doing well. No you can't give AAT examination because you didn't even clear the cutoff of JEE Advanced. The minimum criteria for getting into AAT is to clear the JEE Advanced cut-off. You should go for NITs.

I hope you are doing well. No, you can not get any NIT because you don't have sufficient marks in JEE paper 2. Do apply for private college through NATA score. Also, you are not eligible for AAT examination.
