Hi,
I think B.Arch will be a good option rather than B.Sc. But it totally depends on you. B.Arch field is totally creative field. It is more like a technical art where you have to do new things. But if you are having interest in physics than you can go with B.Sc. Else I would suggest you B.Arch as a good option. Let me know if your doubt is cleared.

I don't know much about GITAM School of Architecture. But what I know is this - In GITAM, the best college is GIT (Gitam Institute of Technology). GITAM is famous for the technology college only.
These subsidiaries like management, medicine, architecture and pharmacy were initiated because of the success of its engineering. So its evident that there not as good when compared with GIT.
Some facts about School of Architecture:
Infrastructure - Pretty good
Teaching - Average
Faculty - Average
Placements - Never heard about it in the Architecture building. I think even the go to software companies.

Yes, you are eligible. You have chances to get NITs for Architecture.
You can try for NIT Bhopal, NIT Warangal where you can get admission easily. Otherwise, you can go for top government colleges where admission will be easy for you.
All the best.

These colleges show that they only accept NATA scores but in the closing dates, these colleges take in candidates with JEE Score just to fill up their seats and stash students in.
So just hang around, you will definitely find a seat there.
