Sorry, you will not be eligible for top architecture colleges. Though you have good rank, B.Arch and B.Planning are two single branches with limited seats and colleges across the country. Try for autonomous colleges of your state with home state or try for private colleges and universities.

I would suggest you to try for the top NIT's in the order: Trichy, Rourkela, Nagpur, Jaipur, Bhopal, Patna and Hamirpur. You'll definitely get into top 5 of these. Also, try for the SPAs as well: SPA Vijayawada, Delhi and Bhopal.

Sorry, you need at least 215 marks to be able to get into MNIT, Jaipur, B.Arch courses. Moreover, you still have minute chances if you add home state quota with it. Kindly go for NIT- Kozhikode, NIT-Calicut and NIT-Bhopal which you are likely to get with these marks.

Yes, it depends upon the colleges' criteria. If the college allowed you, then you will do it. After all, if you did not get a seat in B.Tech, then you will apply for B.Arch in counselling procedures. As it is depending upon the counselling, the college will tell you that you should apply in this fie
