Yes, this score is more than enough for getting into DY Patil.
192 marks in JEE and 64 percent in boards are enough.
Also, you should keep an eye on the admission dates and schedule of counselling. There are some chances of shuffling of dates. So keep an eye on it.

Hi Swamini,
Candidate should have obtained at least 40% marks at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), conducted by the Council of Architecture. Hence chances are there that you may get S. B. Patil College of Architecture and Design, Pimpri Chinchwad Educations Trust's. You have to wait for the closing rank for the same.

Dear, I think you'll definitely get admission at VNIT Nagpur. You can go through last year cutoffs at josaa website. You can apply for counseling,the seat allocation will provide you an idea about it. All the best.

In case you don't get your desired college, don't settle for some mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch.
