Admission is through counselling conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra based on marks obtained in 10+2/ Diploma and score obtained in National Aptitude Test in Architecture(NATA).
You will need a valid NATA score to secure admission for this course.

Seems quite difficult as 190 is not a high rank score. Although you should try for it anyway either in another college.

Yes you're eligible if you qualify JEE Advanced than you can give AAT exam, center would be the nearest zonal IIT.

CCA takes admission on the basis of JEE score only.

Please note that there is no entrance test for B.Arch courses as admissions are based on NATA. Regards.
