Hi Harsh, Sorry my friend, but architecture is not a field of packages! Here you have to intern, gradually increase your experience and skills, and the salary also increases with experience. You start with a very small salary 25k or less and than it can increase upto anything. You get the best experience under reputed architects. And usually these reputed architects don't give much salary and often work individually with few people under them. In such firms you get an overall exposure of the field. SPA has multinational firms coming in, aecom and a few others who have offices in India, they usually offer 36k or less. They take exams, see your portfolio, and than take an interview as well. Such firms are hierarchy based, and interns mostly make presentations or toilet details. All the best.
