Both the courses have their own value and importance. If you are creative and would like to do something related to design and creativity in the future, then you can go for B.Arch. If you want to go for foreign studies or you want to go for MNCs, then you can opt for a foreign language course.

There are about 210 private medical colleges in India and the fee structure varies from year to year and college to college, but I can say for sure that Christian Medical College-Vellore is a very good and top college. It is a private college and the fee structure is less than even 1 lakh. There are many other colleges in Karnataka that have a fee structure of 3 lakhs per year. There are colleges in the north too offering education at around 3 lakhs, but the best one is CMC-Vellore and CMC-Ludhiana.
Good luck.

Spot allotments are made to fill in the last minute vacancies, otherwise, remaining vacant. If you are such a rank to be considered for more than one institution, you have to make a logical choice as to your chances of being selected otherwise due to your merit so attend such institution where you are better in rank than other candidates from outside the already published select list comparing those waiting for admission.

Yes, you can apply for M.Plan with GATE marks to get admission for Master of Planning (M.Plan).
The admission process varies from colleges to colleges. Some colleges like UPES School of Planning and Architecture base their admission on the screening of applications and interview.
Other colleges like School of Planning and Architecture conduct admission on basis of an entrance exam and interview.
Some colleges like the Central University of Rajasthan base their admissions on a Centralised Counselling for M.Tech and M.Plan. To be eligible for this counselling, however, a candidate needs to have a valid GATE scorecard.
