Hi,
After your 12th, you can go for B.Arch. Eligibility for B.Arch in most of the top universities is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English and Maths) or Diploma (any stream) (3 years) recognised by Central/ State government. (with Mathematics), subject to qualifying marks as per NATA or qualifying marks in any specially designed aptitude test in Architecture conducted by the competent authority of the Central/ State Governments (as/ if allowed by statutory body for 2018-19), e.g. JEE (Main) Paper II.
It will be advisable if you do your degree from a well known university that provides prime placement opportunity, outs

JEE Main Paper Cutoff for the last year was:
General - 81 marks
OBC - 49 Marks
SC - 32 Marls
ST- 27 Marks
This year the cutoff for JEE Main Exam is going to be slightly increased.
