As of now, there is no official information available on the university's seat reservation policy for BPharma admissions. AJU may follow the seat reservation policy of the state or the central government. Besides, the university provides a relaxation in minimum eligibility requirement and application fee to BPharma aspirants belonging to the reserved categories. Arka Jain University provides lateral entry directly to the second year of the BPharma programme. The duration of the BPharma (lateral entry) programme is three years. To be eligible for lateral entry admission to the programme, candidates must have passed the DPharma programme from a PCI-approved institution/university. Additionally, they must have a valid scorecard for one of the accepted entrance exams, i.e. NEET/JEE Mains/AJUCET.

Arka Jain University BPharma eligibility criteria for the four-year programme is as follows:
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology (PCM/PCB) and English
- The minimum aggregate required in Class 12 is 45%
- The minimum aggregate required in Class 12 in the case of SC/ST candidates is 40%
- Candidates must have a valid scorecard for one of the accepted entrance exams: NEET/JEE Mains/AJUCET/CUET UG
