No, Assam Agricultural University is not considered as expensive for pursuing B.Sc. Infact it is one of the best affordable colleges for pursuing B.Sc .
The total tuition fees for B.Sc is Rs. 12 thousand to Rs. 24 Thosand only
Hostel fees is about Rs. 54 thousand
One time payment is Rs. 5.4 thousand
Therefore total fees is Rs. 71.9 thousand to Rs. 83.9 thousand.
