If you have already taken admission to the course and college allotted to you in the Assam NEET counselling 2023 Round 2, you will not be eligible to participate in the third round of the state counselling. However, if you have not reported to the allotted institute, or have exited the seat with forfeiture of the security deposit, or have applied for seat upgradation, then only you will be eligible to participate in the Assam NEET counselling Round 3.
