Yes, you can join Assam Down Town University (ADTU) for MBA without writing XAT exam.

To seek admission in the MBA program, candidates who have completed their Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline are eligible. Admission is granted based on the marks scored in the last qualifying examination. Valid MAT scores are also accepted for admission. SC/ST candidates receive a 5% relaxation in eligibility criteria.

ADTU - Assam Down Town University admissions are open for all courses. For MBA admissions there is no entrance test to be given.
