Australia is a safe country for all Asian origin nationals for job and higher education. Occassional racist incident can occur in any part of world. If you can culturally integrated with locals then you may not face any challenges while in Australia.

Hello Vaishnavi,
GMAT is required to get an admit from top B-Schools in Australia. However, some Universities in Australia do accept without GMAT score. But, the VISA officer might ask to produce GMAT score.

Dear Siddarth,
If you intend to pursue your higher education in the same field, you need to check out with the university chosen by you as to which level they can admit you after they check the subjects taken by you in your Diploma. You also need to score good marks in IELTS exam.
