You can apply into Bachelor degree programs. Your grades are good and so is your overall IELTS. You have to visit university websites for admission requirements and deadlines and submit your application on time.

If you want to join in as the management in any company later, go for MBA and if you are interested in research, education, innovation, etc in biotech, genetics, prosthetics etc, you should choose MS. Canada offers better chances of it than Australia so check your finances, eligibility and cultural preference and then decide.
