1 year Master degree from UK is no longer recognised in India. You should keep yourself updated with current and global affairs. Under such circumstances, a 2 year MBA program from Australia will do you good.

You will find this information easily on the Department of Immigration and Border Protection website of the Australian Government. Also its not the course which is listed but the profession which is listed. Please refer to this site https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Work/Work/Skills-assessment-and-assessing-authorities/skilled-occupations-lists/SOL and check your requirements.

The admissions are not done on the basis of IELTS scores. Your overall band is indeed low, however you need to mention your education background, scores and what you intend to study. There are bridge courses offered by the universities, which you can enroll into.

You're required to have minimum 12 years of primary and secondary education and should have Senior Secondary Certificate of Education or an equivalent certificate from India.
