Australia is a better option for you, rest are competitive with respect to your grades and US, Canada don't accept 3-year Bachelor's degree. You can look for accounts or finance programs but the course choice is completely yours, depending on your interest and future plans.

Every specialization is in demand in its respective sector, hence ideally you should choose what you enjoy and career interests. The most popular ones are structural, materials, construction and urban engineering. Coastal engineering, environmental engineering are also trending. Australia overall is very good for civil engineers, check if you would be interested if mining engineering too as this is the most sought after.
