Yes, Australia is a slightly better option than Canada for management engineering. However, economy is dynamic so you must keep all options open. Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales in Australia are supposedly the top regions for engineering managers. You can check The National Engineering Register and APEC engineer, get your skills and qualification assessed and target a licensing after you graduate. A qualified and registered engineer has plenty of scope in Australia and the overall Oceania sub-continent. You can find these details through the university you enroll with.

Canada is the 2nd best choice for MS in computer science after USA. So, try for Canada, in terms of expenses, scope, PR factor, environment, Canada is way better than Australia and NZ, your UG score should be over 75% and over 6.5 band in IELTS.

This is will depend on your own skills and qualifications. No course nor any university can guarantee you one. Also, by mere pursuing a course abroad will not fetch you a job. You must check job portals and learn about the requirements, see if you match the profile requirements. Without work experience, it is extremely difficult to obtain a job in Australia though. I will suggest you to get yourself enrolled in a PG level course in an Australian university, it will give you a better exposure.

Shashwat, by the time you complete 12th, economy will change and so will the demand of professionals. Hence, it is best if you keep yourself updated with business news and check the SOL of the countries you mentioned. SOL stands for Skilled Occupation List. Secondly, I will advice you to study as per your interest, a course having demand may not be suitable for you. So rather chasing a course in demand which will change after a few years develop your interests and skills. This will also help you in getting a good job and a PR.

This depends on a person's individual requirements, what you want to study and what type of jobs you are looking for following your studies etc. Quality of education is top class in both the countries. In terms of affordability, Canada is better as compared to Australia and therefore preferred by more international students. Also, Canada is tagged to be more safe and tolerant.

Both are competitive and PR is based on the points-based immigration system. Obtaining PR depends on a country's skills shortage too, you must have the necessary qualifications, work experience and must meet the demands. There are some jobs which are more in demand in Australia than Canada and vice versa. The visa application or assessment system in Canada is accepted in one state that is you must make multiple application when you move from one state to another whereas in Australia it is accepted as a whole.
