It should not be a problem unless you have valid reasons to substantiate your breaks and evidence for the same. Educational institutes, especially those abroad, give value to each person's life paths and hence having gaps in your profile would not be affected if the gaps were unavoidable or if the gaps were valuable in shaping your profile. Do take the advice of educational consultants before applying, so that they may even help you tackle the application process and sail you through.

Yes, it's best there. But It's not necessary to do hospitality management from Australia only. There are a lot of colleges in India like-
IHM, Mumbai
IHM, Chennai
IHM, Bangalore
IHM, Ahmedabad.

If you are indicating PR as in Public Relations, yes, there are courses. It is closely related to mass communication, journalism and media, advertising, marketing, etc. Therefore, you have to look for a programme which includes PR in it.
