You can go to Australia for your Bachelors, as well as for you Masters. You just have to give an exam named IELTS, which is an English proficiency exam, and after the result you can contact any institution such as IDP, which can help you for rest of the process, or you can do it yourself by surfing through the university's websites, good luck.
