AUT accepts major English proficiency exams and students can refer to the table below for the minimum score requirements according to the choice of degree:

AUT is a decent university (Though not as reputed as University of Auckland). Unfortunately, finance jobs (barring procurement and logistics) do not appear on the NZ skill shortage list (both short term and long term). However, NZ does offer a decent one year stay back option post completion of your PGDip that may help you in finding a job for a year.
I suggest you also look out for countries that are global financial hubs such as Dubai for Middle East, UK and Ireland (upcoming hub) in Europe, Singapore in Asia. Let me know in case you have additional queries, glad to help.
