Yes its a very good option to pursue BAMS. After completion of your BAMS, you will be posted as AYUSH medical officers in government setups.

Yes, you'll be getting a medical officer's job once you complete your BAMS or BHMS. There are wide openings in government setups also. BAMS graduates, can expect a pay package of between Rs. 30,000 and Rs. 50,000 from a prominent company.

Since both are important medical fields . But, Allopathy is better among these two in every terms. Allopathy is more used than Ayurvedics.

After giving NEET you can only apply for MBBS and BDS courses and 150 is not a good score. So, if you are truly passionate about doing MBBS or BDS then you can take a year drop and take some coaching. If you don't want to take a drop then you can fill up some other forms of different colleges like B.Sc, biotech, B.Pharma, etc. and then check for their admission criteria.
