Yes, Diploma is treated as equal to 12th, so with an equivalency certificate, you can apply for any Bachelor courses B.Sc/ LE B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. CS BCA/ LE YEAR BE, B.Tech/ B.Com/BAetc.

For BA you must be 12th pass, if you choose Diploma after 10th you are not eligible.

Yes this board is eligible but The candidate must have completed Senior Secondary/ 10+2 Standard from a recognized university. The candidate must have a minimum aggregate percentage of 50% at the 10+2 level.

Yes you can after completing your 12th class and 50 percent marks obtained but get yourself clear that B.A. Graduation is far better than B.A. Vocational because it has certain limitations.
