First of all, it depends on your interest which stream is well suited you. Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a postgraduate degree that is awarded to students who have mastered the study of business. If you have done BA in English, I would suggest you for the MBA in Marketing specialization

B.Sc is more practical, and BA is more theoretical. B.Sc focusses more on mathematical aspects. It has more number of courses. A B.Sc degree should be your first choice. If you go for an honors course, you get a specialization in the final year.
