No, you cannot do on the basis of engineering Diploma. However, if you have passed class 12th, then you are eligible.

Yes, you are very much eligible to study journalism. Since you're done with your undergraduate program you can do a M.A in mass communication from MCC. There is no M.A in journalism offered.

No there is no entrance exam to get admitted into BA in Journalism program. The admission is based on the score in public exam (12th/+2).

Engineering and J&M are very different from each other. While you have to exert a lot more for engineering, it will be more fruitful. But if you actually want to do Journalism and Mass Communication then you should go for the course you really want to pursue.

Hello,
There is no difference between both the courses. It's just only the nomenclature of course. Few universities and campus give BA (JMC) degree and few one give BJMC and GJUS&T, Hisar provides B.Sc degree in journalism and mass communication.
