I am getting 169 mark in NEET and AIR is 640057. Can I get admission for BAMS in Nagpur or Amaravti?

No, you can not get admission to B.A. MS college in Maharashtra, Nagpur, and Amravati with 169 marks. Because, according to the previous year's cutoff list 2020 and 2021 of Maharashtra Medical Colleges as released by M.Sc. The cutoff scores were higher than 250 marks for admission to the B.A. MS courses in Maharashtra, including Nagpur and Amravati.
