Yes,there are high chances that you can get seat under BAMS with score 477 in NEET. It totally depends on the cut off lists and also when there are seats left in colleges then they open Physical counselling also and in under physical counselling anyone can get admission,it totally depends on students present at the time of physical counselling in that particular college.

Yes, you can get a private college for BAMS. 

But, you can try for government counselling as it is highly possible to get placed in government colleges because of your category.

450 is your score, so. Obtaining Government Colleges for BAMS would be quite challenging for you. A safe score for admission to the Government Medical College for a GENERAL CATEGORY CANDIDATE is above 580-590.
