Congratulations in achieving this rank and all the best for your further studies!
It can be difficult to gain admission to BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) with affordable fees in Maharashtra with a NEET score of 201 in the SC category. However, there are a number of BAMS colleges in Maharashtra, though, where you might be able to get accepted.
Here are a few Maharashtra colleges that are well-known for providing BAMS programmes:
- Government Ayurved College, Nagpur
- Government Ayurved College, Osmanabad
- Ashtang Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Pune
- Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Nashik
- Ayurvedic Mahavidyalaya, Sion, Mumbai
- Bharati Vidyapeeth Dee

With 244 marks in NEET, it is unlikely that you will get a government seat for BAMS in SBSS Krishna College. The cutoff generally varies from 420-440 marks for government college. For private colleges, it is 300-320 . However, you can try for private or deemed colleges for BAMS as you have high chances for it.
I hope this helps.

Congratulations on scoring 220 marks in NEET! According to the previous year’s cutoff trends, an SC category student needs to have scored at least 40% in NEET exam and the marks should be approximately in between 107-133 to get admission in BAMS seat in Telangana state. However, the cutoffs may vary every year depending on various factors such as the number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty level of the exam, etc.
Regarding your second question, you can apply for BAMS seats in Karnataka through the state counselling process. The counselling process is conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) and is based

Based on your NEET 2023 score of 340 and your All India Rank (AIR) of 33500 in the ST category, it might be difficult to get a government seat for BAMS. The category-wise cut off for BAMS in NEET 2023 percentile for the general category is 50th and for SC/ST/OBC it is 40th .
For a general category student with a marks of 340, getting a BAMS government college might not be possible. Usually the cut off for general category students for BAMS goes around 460+ in government ones .
You can consider the options of private BAMS colleges where you have more chances of getting seat .
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
