Apparently, there seems to be some confusion about the location of WTM Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital, this institution is principally located in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, at a distance of 2.5 kilometers on Joya Sambhal Road in the village of Fatehpur Mafi, Post-Palaula,DistrictAmroha with the pin code 244222. It is however noted that B.A.M.S. course here started annually for 60 students. Admission is based on NEET-UG score and is affiliated with Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath AYUSH University, Gorakhpur. The yearly fee for B.A.M.S. is around INR 2,51,100

Yes, one can get a direct admission in BAMS courses in some of the colleges, especially in Nepal. Since you are from Nepal and have not given NEET, you may search for institutes in Ayurvedic colleges of Nepal with direct admission. Some private Ayurvedic colleges of India also give direct admission by management quota on merit in 10+2 exams with subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Ensure that you meet the requirements of eligibility, i.e., having the requisite subjects in your 10+21. Look up the Nepalese college official websites for specific admission processes and requirements.

If you have scored 520 in NEET, you can also consider applying to various government colleges offering BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery) like:
Government Ayurvedic College, Nagpur
Government Ayurvedic College, Thiruvananthapuram
Govt. Ayurvedic Medical College, Bangalore
This is because above 520 marks are generally accepted for admissions in these colleges.

As your NEET score is 380, there are very few chances that you will be given admission in a government medical college for BAMS or BHMS. BAMS cutoff in government colleges is usually between 720 and 162 for the general category, and for BHMS, about 720 to 136. Your score is way lower than these numbers, and thus admission would be difficult. You can consider attending private colleges or other health sciences schools with lower cutoffs.

With 295 marks in NEET 2024, it's very hard to get admission in a government BAMS college, particularly under the All India Quota (AIQ), where the cutoffs in government Ayurvedic colleges are generally 400+ for General and 350+ for Reserved ones.
