The course fee for a BA at IAM Kolkata is INR 4.5 lakh. Students can either pay their fees by semester or by one go. IAM Kolkatai offers two specialisations in BA courses i.e., BA in Hospitality Management and BA in Tourism Studies. The selection process for this course is based on the Electronic Common Hospitality Admission Test (IIHM eCHAT) and Online Admission test (Common Hospitality Aptitude Test), followed by the GD and PI.  

Yes you can become a teacher after pursuing a BA in International Relations. Some teaching positions especially in the primary sections are open to all graduates. The admission process for both the courses is similar in that candidates are required to complete the basic eligibility criteria i.e., candidates must qualify their Class 12 with English as one of the main subjects and after qualifying for the basic eligibility criteria, students are required to appear in the entrance exam followed by Group discussion and personal interview.

The distance BA in International Relations and online BA in International Relations are the same courses offered in different modes of education. Though a BA in International Relations is more popular compared to these two courses, it is expected that over the years distance and online modes will gain more prominence. In distance BA in International Relations course, you can directly appear for semester exams without attending classes. In online mode, you will attend classes in online mode. Your semster exams will also be conducted in online mode.

UPES SOLSM offers BA (Hons) courses in three specialisations as per the 2024 brochure. The UG courses are three years long in duration. Admission to the BA (H) courses is entrance-based. The specialisations in which the course is available are:

During the application form filling and course admission, candidates are required to submit certain documents as proof of eligibility. The applicants should have original/copies of the documents. Mentioned below are some of the important documents required for UPES SOLSH BA (Hons) admission:

• Migration/transfer certificate
• Aadhaar Card, PAN card of student and parents
• Domicile Certificate/Sthai Niwas Praman Patra of Applicant (in case of Uttarakhand Domicile)
• Parents' ITR of the current year (Family Income should be less than 12LPA to avail the benefit) (in case of Uttarakhand Domicile)

Candidates who have passed Class 10 and Class 12 with relevant subjects and secured at least 50% aggregate are eligible for admission. The eligible students can visit the UPES website to register and apply. For the selection in the course, applicants' CUET/SAT scores are considered. The shortlisted candidates are further required to take part in the interview round. Selected students can then pay the admission fee amount for seat confirmation.

No there is no age limit to pursue BA in International Relations so you can apply for this course at any age. Most colleges and entrance exam conducting bodies do not prescribe any maximum or minimum age limit to pursue this course. Though some colleges, especially private colleges may have their own eligibility criteria.
