You can go for BA or You can go BA Honours in the same subject as to gain specialisation status in the same.

Yes you can pursue BA in Communication Studies course after completing Class 12 in Commerce stream. The course is open for students from all streams such as Science stream, Commerce stream and Arts stream. Though this course is usually pursued by those who have completed Class 12 in Arts stream.
