The only difference between an LLB and a BA LLB/ BCom LLB/ BBA LLB degree is of the duration of courses i.e.
- BA LLB is of five-years duration
- LLB course is of three-years duration but candidates already would have completed a Bachelor degree of three years which makes it (3+3 = 6 years).

Yes, those who have completed a 3-year Diploma in any engineering stream are eligible to apply for the BA Political Science course. The candidates who have pursued any qualification equivalent to Class 12 are eligible. A candidate who has completed a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering is usually considered equivalent to a first-year engineering student. No, usually there is no minimum or maximum age limit to pursue a BA course with any specialisation. The course is open to candidates belonging to any age group, though it is usually pursued by candidates after completing Class 12 or Diploma. Neither colleges nor entrance exam conducting bodies prescribe any age limit. However, some colleges, especially private colleges, may have their own policies regarding age limits. You must ensure that you fulfill other eligibility parameters such as academic qualifications, mark criteria, etc.

Aligarh Muslim University BA admission is a multi-step process. It starts with online application. For this, candidates can visit the university's admission portal on its official website. BA admission at the university is completely entrance-based. Hence, the next step is to appear for an entrance exam. Depending upon the BA specialisation chosen by a candidate, the admission is provided based on candidates' marks in either AMU Entrance Exam or CUET-UG. Based on the entrance exam scores, AMU will release a merit list of selected students. As a final step, selected students need to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats.
