Yes, B.Arch is good under UPTU. All the colleges are well-maintained and have a good placement records and also better facility and faculty members are there too. Last year, placements were around 2 LPA.

B.Arch is a 5-year professional degree course. One can go for a job after B.Arch for a good experience or can start own consultancy firm (firm needs experience which one can GET only after job). Council of Architecture (COA) India provides a license for practicing as an architect. In terms of colleges, Few of the top Indian architectural colleges are:
- SPA Delhi, - Sir J. J College of architecture and arts, Mumbai
- CEPT Ahmedabad
- CCA Chandigarh
- NITs of Hamirpur, Bhopal, Kozhikode, Patna, Jaipur, Trichy

Yes, it is good as it helps in better career growth. You need to qualify any entrance test (such as CAT / MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NEST) and should also have min of 50% to 55% in your Bachelors. You can do MBA in any specializations of your interest.
