It seems that there is no specific information available in the provided sources about a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) programme being offered at Pannalal Girdharlal Dayanand Anglo Vedic College. Typically, B.Com programs are focused on commerce and related subjects, while CSE programs are more aligned with engineering and technology. If you are specifically interested in pursuing a B.Com in CSE, you may need to explore other colleges or universities that offer specialised programs in that field.

B.Com programs are related to commerce and accounting rather than computer Science engineering. If you are specifically interested in pursuing a B.Com in CSE, you may need to explore other institutions or programs that offer this specific combination of subjects.
