You can give exams for sure and SEE where you stand at. But they ask in their application form too, the status for your education and even after if you qualify the entrance exam, there are GD and PI round. So, eventually there you have to submit your mark sheets or degree.

This year cutoffs are gonna be very high as predicted and a course like B.Com (Hons) it is really hard to get any college of Delhi University with a percentage below 90%.
