No for getting admission to DU u must have 85% to clear their cutoffs.
But don't get sad many universities take admission on an entrance basis where percentage does not matter.

Many colleges of DU take admissions in B.Com without Maths.
BHU, LU, LPU and Amity University are some of the top colleges and universities which take admission without mandating Maths as core subject.

No, many students pursue B.com after choosing science in the 12th. You just need to clear the entrance, it doesn't matter whether your stream in class 12th is science or commerce.

Yes, you can get admission in B.Com as ITI is a Certificate course and for Bachelors, you can get admission with your 12th marksheet only.
