DU offers two B.Com courses, one is B.Com (Hons). And another one is B.Com Programme. First of all, I'm assuming that 80% is your best of fourscore, and not the overall score of all the five or six subjects because DU considers the best of four scores for the admission cutoffs. For B.Com (Hons). the chances of getting an admission in any college with 80% are almost negligible if you're a general category student. However, if you come from a different category, I believe you can get into a decent college with that score. For B.Com Programme, the cutoffs are usually lower than B.Com (Hons). After B.Com, you can go for M.Com and MBA. But MBA is a professional degree if you are interested in accounting and finance. By Earning this degree significantly expands the number of job opportunities for which you qualify.

With that much of percentage it's difficult to get admission in top DU colleges especially if you go with B.com Honours. If you belong to any reserved category then there will be chance of getting admission .

Engineers are certainly welcome to join CMA US certification. To be certified they do need to meet the experience requirement. If an engineer has experience in Cost Estimation, Valuation, Forecasting, Business Analysis, Product costing, and Budgeting, then they will certainly qualify for the course, but it depends on how much of their job is focused on those tasks. An individual has 7 years after completing the CMA US exam to meet the experience requirements. For engineers looking to move into accounting and finance, taking the CMA exam would be an excellent pathway.
