B.Com (Pass) The course is similar to B.Com (H). The difference lies in the fact that you can specialize in a certain subject in B.Com (H), but the B.Com (P) course gives you an overview of all those subjects taught in the honors course. Eligibility is class 12th or equivalent, with Maths and English as compulsory subjects. While B.Com LLB is an Integrated course of five years duration. The course is divided into ten semesters designed to provide students with knowledge of subjects of commerce and business background along with different laws vital in a professional world. This course allows students to complete 2 Bachelor programs in 5 years of full-time study. The eligibility criteria of B.Com LLB is class 12th with a minimum of 45-50% of marks.

Generally, most Indian B.Com graduates are eligible to take the CPA exam. Every year of university education in India is equivalent to 30-semester credits of US Education, totaling 90 credits at the end of 3 years. If B.Com is completed in 1st division from a NAAC 'A' university, the 3-year B.Com would be treated as 4 years of US education, i.e., 120 credits for B.Com alone. Having a 2-year Master's degree (e.g., M.Com, MBA) contributes to 60 education credits. Further, professional qualifications like CA/CS/CWA are recognized by a few States as 2 years of US education. In case yours is a NAAC 'A' college, you'd be able to appear for the exams. Even if that's not the case, you can pursue bridge courses to get the credits.
