You can apply for M.Des in Fashion Design, Students coming from any 10+2 or graduation discipline from a recognised university, or board can appear for any entrance or admission process or any design course. There are several choices for pursuing your career in the fashion design field as M.Des Fashion Design, M.Sc. Fashion, M.A. , or Diploma courses as well but amongst all M.Des Fashion Design 2-year programme is considerably more professional and industrial specific in comparison. It carries more weightage in several areas. You can make your specialisation with Master's to choose an industry in a fashion design career, like accessories, apparel, or textile designing, etc. There are many good universities that provide B. 1. An aggregate of 60% or more in English/Hindi and a combination of three best among the following subjects: Mathematics, Accountancy, Economics, and Business Studies/ Commerce.
2. Inclusion of any subject other than mentioned above from List B in the combination of best three will lead to a deduction of 1% per subject on the aggregate, with a maximum net deduction of 2%.
3. Inclusion of any subject other than List B in the combination of the best three will lead to a deduction of 2.5% per subject on the aggregate of the Best Four. B.Com.

Hi,You I think will have to start from the first year only.
A student can continue his/her study and obtain the degree of B.Com in one year by credit transfer process. This process is made for the students who have completed their first year and second year and thereafter left their B.Com study, can get enrolled directly in the 3rd year.
So as you have cleared only first year the credit transfer will not work for you.
You can take a college giving you academic excellence added with good financial schemes so that you are not to bear heavy expenses again.
You can try SRM, a good institution or LPU which offers financial aid in many schemes including for the present times of COVID scholarships
