BA and B.Com are two completely different field so, I suggest you to choose one or if you want to do both you can do one from distance/ correspondence and one on regular basis.

Better to take re-exam, as eligibility criteria to sit in the exam for LLB is 45%. But, you can still apply in private colleges and DU CCSU.

It will not possible for 2019 batch, as the admission has already been closed by the college, but for the procedure all you have to fill is their online registration form available on their official website in admission column.
