Yes, you can include physical education as the main subject because it is mentioned in the list given by DU. There will be no deduction in the percentage!

You can include physical education but 2.5 % may get deducted per additional subjects when included in best 4.Physical education is your main subject , but it has no relation with b.com courses so it would be treated as additional. If you got 100 in physical education then only 97.5 marks would be included in total marks.
