It is not possible for you to get admission in any of the colleges until you complete your 12th. Therefore, if you clear 12th maths' compartment then you can take admission in any degree in any college.

Yes, you can still apply for B.Ed. Many colleges have entrance for B.Ed admissions. For PTET, you must have a teaching experience of 1-2 years through B.Ed or some education Diploma like D.El.Ed, DIET, etc.
