See every college has its own criteria for taking admissions. Now, it is completely on the college in which you are applying (which is not mentioned by you) has set its criteria. Some college ask for 45% in 12th, some have a criteria of 55% and some college have 60% criteria. I would suggest you to please check with the particular college website or please submit the college name here in which you are looking for admission. We would love to help you.

Hi
For B.Com Colleges, the North Campus has cut-off starting from 98%. It is difficult to get them in the first cut-off. Every year cut-off varies. Don't worry registration has started hope for the best.

Depends on various factors. Depends on the course you want to do, the category you belong to, type of college you want and other factors like that. But in most of the government colleges in Delhi, if you want to do hons. in any subject and you don't belong to a reserved category, chances are really less that you will get the admission with this percentage. However, some college takes admissions on the basis of entrance exams, you can search for the colleges which provide your desired course and also have an entrance exam.
