You can go for M.Com after B.Com, and you can either take on some short term courses to enter the banking field or even CA.

Hello Rahul,I can understand your angst and apprehension of joining a degree course after completion of your Diploma. However lateral admissions to directly 2nd year of engineering course is possible for Diploma holders. But there is no such possibility for joining in any other discipline of graduation. Your Diploma would be considered equivalent to class 12th and you would be asked to join the first year of B.Com. Best wishes to you.
