There are 5 subjects in B.Com 1st year:
1. Business Organisation and Management
2. Financial Accounting
3. Business and Industrial Laws
4. Economics Paper - I ( Principle of economics)
5. Humanities Group - History / Political Science in one of the modern Indian language ( Hindi, Urdu, Tamil and Punjabi).

Candidates should have possessed following eligibility criteria defined by IGNOU for B.Ed program:
(a) At least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's degree and /or in the Master's degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity.
Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science & Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualifications equivalent thereto.
The following categories are eligible to be students of B.Ed. (ODL):
(b) (i) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education
(ii) Candidates who have completed an NCTE recognized teacher education program through face-to-face mode.

Candidates must have scored at least 55% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST, OBC- NCL, PwD) in Master's degree or equivalent examination from the university recognised by UGC. IGNOU is a recognised university. So, you are eligible to appear for the NET exam.

You can still write it. You have to contact the university or the principal of the college you've joined so that you'll be getting full details regarding attending your exam.

You can get admission into B.Com on basis of your +2 marks in regular mode and beautician via correspondence. I think you will not be asked for any certificate for this course unless you do it from a recognised institute.
