Hi Saurav, you can migrate from one college to another college in Delhi University in 2nd year. Migration is based on your marks of class 12th, and the marks you scored in your 1st year. Every college has different cut off to migrate. Migration is only possible when the seats are vacant in another college. Both colleges are good. However, as a personal point of view I would suggest NM for your course. NM has a good background for such courses. Further you might also get benefit for your PG from there as the institution is a well-established brand name for PG courses as well.
