Admission is based on the marks obtained in B.Sc Home Science (Pass/Hons.) or B.Sc Food Technology (Hons.), B.Sc Microbiology, B.Sc Biochemistry, B.Sc, Nursing, MBBS. Hence, you would not be able to pursue the course.

In my opinion, 'Maharaja Agrasen' is better than 'Shivaji College' because the former is ranked at 32 by MHRD'S NIRF rankings in 2018. While the latter is ranked at 59 by the same this year.
Maharaja Agrasen has got better placements and exposure offered and thus better 'graduation outcome'.
