Yes, you can pursue B.Com after you pass 10+2 with required cut-off and individually pass in all subjects.

B.Com hotel management graduates are preferable mostly in hotel management career like Auditing assistant, Business Associate, Assistant manager etc. , Best college in terms of placement is De Paul institute of hotel management ernakulam.
