There is no course as MBA international. But if you have passed B.Com, you are eligible for MBA.

Yes. SMUDE is by far the worst Distance Education programme in India. Only its BBA MBA, BCA MCA B.Sc. And M.Sc. In IT are recognised by UGC. UGC revoked its recognition earlier in 2016 but renewed some courses for 2017.
