No, it won't be possible. You need to apply in the 1st year, and even if you plan to take admission in 2nd year, firstly you need to clear your backlogs only then admission is possible.

For B.Com entrance test, you can refer NCERT along with general English and aptitude because for B.Com entrance exam no need to prefer any outside study material, just go through your class 1112 books that will more then enough for B.Com.
